1. Our service
FindYourPetAI is a platform that uses AI technology to help reunite missing pets with their owners. We offer photo recognition, neighborhood network alerts, QR code stickers and search tips.
2. AI recognition — No guarantee
Our AI recognition is a tool, not a guarantee. Accuracy varies by species, photo quality and circumstances. We do not guarantee that a missing pet will be found. The AI can make mistakes — a high match score does not mean with certainty that it is the same animal. Always verify matches yourself.
Recognition accuracy differs per species. For dogs and cats, accuracy is highest. For smaller animals such as hamsters or reptiles, accuracy may be lower.
3. Your responsibility
You provide accurate information about your pet
You are the rightful owner of the pet you register
You have the right to use the photos you upload
You do not use the platform for fraudulent purposes
If you find an animal, you first try to reach the owner through the platform
4. Payments & subscriptions
Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time — you retain access until the end of the billing period. Free features (scanning, reporting found pets) always remain free.
5. Liability
FindYourPetAI is not liable for damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to: not finding a missing pet, incorrect AI matches, or abuse by other users. We do our best, but cannot guarantee results.
6. Privacy
We respect your privacy and comply with GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect and how we process it.
7. Intellectual property
The AI technology, platform and branding of FindYourPetAI are our property. Photos you upload remain your property — we use them exclusively for matching pets.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts in case of platform abuse. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
9. Changes
We may change these terms. For significant changes, we will inform you by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
